On the 12th, the 2025 China Western (Chengdu) International Modern Smart Railway and Urban Rail Transit Technology and Equipment Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "Chengdu Transportation Exhibition") opened in Chengdu. The theme of the exhibition is "New Quality Leading · Digital Empowerment", with the modernization of intelligence, digitalization, efficiency, intercommunication and safety as the main line, and reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force, to assist the high-quality development of modern railways. As a provider of intelligent solutions for the rail transit industry, YoseenIR participated in this exhibition as scheduled and showcased to the on-site attendees a variety of self-developed high-speed infrared thermal cameras dedicated to rail transit and their corresponding thermal imaging solutions, as well as our rich project experience in rail transit applications such as train pantograph monitoring, axle temperature monitoring, and highway tire brake pad monitoring.
The YoseenIR high-speed infrared thermal camera is a thermal imaging device capable of capturing and processing infrared images at an extremely fast frame rate. It is particularly suitable for temperature monitoring and analysis in scenarios that require rapid response and high dynamic range. Axle temperature monitoring
During the high-speed operation of a train, its axles are subjected to extremely high mechanical stress and frictional heat, which can easily lead to local overheating phenomena such as bearing wear, loose bearing shells, and excessive axial or radial clearance. The YoseenIR high-speed infrared thermal camera is installed at key locations along the railway line to automatically scan the axles of passing trains. It is used to inspect the axle boxes, bearings, etc. of the axles to prevent faults caused by high-temperature deformation. The high-speed infrared thermal camera can achieve large-scale, all-weather remote monitoring, improve the efficiency of fault detection, and reduce the cost of manual inspection.

Monitoring of brake pads for highway tires
In vehicle spontaneous combustion accidents, overheating of brake pads is the main cause. Especially on long downhill sections of mountainous expressways, the frequent braking of trucks causes the temperature of the brake pads to rise sharply. The heat is conducted to the tires through the wheel hubs, which can easily lead to a blowout or spontaneous combustion. Dynamic monitoring is difficult to achieve through traditional manual inspection and subjective judgment by drivers. After a certain section of the expressway adopted the expressway vehicle high-temperature early warning system equipped with the YoseenIR high-speed infrared thermal camera X640HWF300, the number of vehicle self-ignition accidents has been greatly reduced. When the vehicle temperature on the expressway is too high, the system can issue timely warnings, which plays an important warning role in driving safety. Driving on this section of the expressway, hardcore technologies such as thermal imaging are like "thermal CT", constantly monitoring the vehicle's temperature status, making driving safer and the road more unobstructed.
