2. Project Overview

The project is located in a waste incineration power plant in Huaibei. The waste dump pit needs to be installed with a temperature-measuring double-spectral infrared ball machine. The infrared thermal camera is used to monitor the temperature and at the same time, visible light is used to assist positioning. When the infrared thermal camera detects the temperature is too high, it will give an alarm and manually start the fire gun to eliminate the fire hazard in time.

3. Installation and Selection

The garbage dump pit is 75 meters long and 40 meters wide. The installation position of the machine is about 22 meters away from the bottom of the garbage dump pit. One temperature-measuring double-spectral infrared ball machine is installed in the northeast corner and the southeast corner respectively.

After calculation, both of the two billiarder machines use 10mm non-thermalized lens, the field of view is about 36°×27°, the field of view at a distance of 22 meters is about 14m×10.6m, and the identifiable minimum ignition area is about 11cm×11cm.

4. User Benefits

The waste pit monitoring system can monitor the temperature of waste surface in real time, ensure the safety of production, realize unattended at the same time, improve work efficiency. The system features are as follows:

The cruise is automatically started at a fixed time and the thermal image with temperature information taken during the cruise is saved for later viewing
