1) Part of the pipe housing is bright iron sheet or stainless steel, with low emissivity and high reflectivity, which is easy to reflect the nearby high temperature radiation source into the infrared thermal imager, causing serious interference to the measurement results; When shooting this kind of pipe, it can be sprayed with paint (any color) at the corners, tees and welding joints prone to leakage to improve the emissivity of this part.

2) If the insulation layer of the pipeline is thick, the internal temperature difference is not easily transferred to the surface of the pipeline, and it is also difficult to measure.

3) When testing the furnace tube, the gas, steam and carbon dioxide in the furnace have absorption effect on infrared ray, so it is necessary to add a filter to the thermal imager for detection.
