1. Reasons for the demand for thermal camera in the electric power industry

Infrared imaging is based on the thermal state distribution of the equipment to diagnose the operating state of the equipment. It has the capability of imaging the thermal state of the equipment without stopping operation, without contact, far distance, fast and intuitively. Since the thermal image of the equipment is the real description of the thermal state and temperature distribution of the equipment under the operation state, and whether the thermal distribution of the power equipment under the operation state is normal or not is an important feature to judge whether the equipment is in good condition. Infrared imaging technology can be used to diagnose the equipment status and hidden defects by analyzing the thermal image of the equipment. By using infrared thermal camera and measuring surface temperature, external faults of distribution substation system can be easily found. Through tracking, analysis and comparison, internal faults of distribution substation system can also be found in time, which is very important to prevent accidents.

2. Application cases of infrared thermal camera in the maintenance of power distribution rooms and motors in factories

1) Project case and background

A large paint company, covering an area of more than 70,000 square meters, consists of several large workshops and two office and research and development buildings.
