The incineration equipment mainly solves the problem that the low-calorific value household garbage can be burned, reduced capacity and harmless treatment. The garbage incineration boiler uses the urban household garbage as fuel for incineration to realize the harmless treatment such as waste reduction and sterilization. Waste incineration boiler converts chemical energy into heat energy, which is a mixture of different types of solid wastes. Because the flue gas of waste combustion is mainly composed of corrosive gas containing chlorine, it produces high-temperature corrosion and low-temperature corrosion on the heating surface of waste heat boiler, so it is difficult to choose higher steam parameters in the design of waste heat boiler. In order to avoid low temperature corrosion, the exhaust temperature of garbage boiler can not be too low, generally controlled at more than 200℃, therefore, improving the thermal efficiency of garbage incineration boiler is also limited. The corrosive gas produced by incineration of garbage boiler is very serious to the high temperature and low temperature corrosion of boiler, and the risk of material defects on the inner wall of boiler is large, and there are more accidents, which need to be paid attention to. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of incineration equipment and staff, it has become necessary to regularly test the boiler safety. It is an effective and safe and efficient method to detect the defects of inner wall insulation layer of waste incineration boiler by infrared thermal camera.

Data capture: the thermal imaging image data can be collected regularly for later analysis.

High temperature trigger shooting and alarm: When abnormal temperature occurs, the monitoring background can find it in time. When the alarm is triggered, the acousmo-optic alarm module will emit an alarm sound and the software background will take pictures in the process of the incident.

Fault self-diagnosis: the system can remind the personnel on duty when the fault occurs in the diagnostic equipment.
