1. Project Background

With the rapid development of economy, more and more garbage is produced every day. Every day, the garbage from many places is transported to the garbage incineration power station. The garbage that is not incinerated in time needs to be piled up to the special garbage dump. When the garbage dump is missed for a long time, the temperature will rise due to the fermentation of garbage, and there is a hidden danger of fire. Therefore, it is particularly important to monitor the temperature of the refuse pit.

2. Project Overview

The project is located in a waste incineration power plant in Huaibei District. The waste dump pit needs to be installed with a temperature-measuring dual-spectral infrared ball camera. The infrared thermal camera is used to monitor the temperature and at the same time, visual camera is used to assist positioning. When the infrared thermal imager detects the temperature is too high, it will give an alarm and manually start the fire gun to eliminate the fire hazard in time.

3. Installation and Selection

The garbage dump pit is 75 meters long and 40 meters wide. The installation position of the machine is about 22 meters away from the bottom of the garbage dump pit. One temperature-measuring dual-spectral infrared ball camera is installed in the northeast corner and the southeast corner respectively.

After calculation, both of the two billiarder machines use 10mm non-thermalized lens, the field of view is about 36°×27°, the field of view at a distance of 22 meters is about 14m×10.6m, and the identifiable minimum ignition area is about 11cm×11cm.

4. User Benefits
