System introduction

I. Project Background

The role of a hot blast furnace is to provide hot air to the blast furnace to ensure that the temperature in the blast furnace is stable. Hot blast stove air supply, temperature can reach 1200 ℃ or so commonly, so in a furnace shell inside need to be equipped with heat insulation refractory brick, but in the area of hot blast stove dome, because its shape is a half-circle, so the refractory brick during installation and operation will inevitably have a certain gap, when the hot blast stove for heating, stewing furnace, the production process of air supply, hot air temperature will be between 800 ~ 1200 ℃, this will increase the refractory cracks, cause firebrick fall off, if not timely find the hidden trouble, high temperature may make the hot blast stove shell burn through, cause safety accidents.

The dome of the hot air furnace is in the shape of half circle, and the firebrick will inevitably have certain gap and fall off easily during installation and operation.

Long-term high temperature work or lead to the thinning or falling off of refractories, there are safety hazards;

II. System Introduction

Compared with the infrared thermometer, which can only display the temperature value of a certain area or a certain point on the object surface, the infrared thermal imager can simultaneously measure the temperature of each point on the object surface, intuitively display the temperature field of the object surface, and display it in the form of images. The difference of surface temperature can be distinguished by the color in the image.

Infrared resolution refers to the detector pixel of thermal imager. Similar to visible light, the higher the pixel is, the clearer and more exquisite the picture is, and the higher the pixel is, the more temperature data is acquired at the same time.

Viewing Angle/FOV

The horizontal and vertical angles of the image on the detector. The larger the Angle, the wider the view, such as a wide-angle lens. The smaller the Angle, as in a telephoto mirror. So it's also important to choose the right lens for each occasion.

The following figure shows the top view of the installation position of the thermal imager for the infrared thermal monitoring of a hot air furnace in a steel plant. After selecting the installation point position on the site, the appropriate focal length lens can be selected to ensure the imaging effect.

Spatial resolution /IFOV

IFOV refers to the Angle that can be imprinted on a single pixel. Because the Angle is too small, it is denoted by milliradian MRAD. IFOV affected by the detector and lens can be found that the lens is unchanged, the higher the pixel, the smaller the IFOV. On the contrary, if the pixel is unchanged, the smaller the field of view Angle is, the smaller the IFOV will be. At the same time, the smaller the IFOV, the clearer the imaging effect.

Temperature measurement range

The selection of temperature measurement range should try to choose a small range that can meet the requirements for testing. If the target of 60℃ is tested, the range of -20~150℃ will be more clear than that of 0~300℃.

The temperature range refers to the range from the lowest temperature to the highest temperature that can be measured by the equipment. The range may have multiple temperature ranges. The temperature measurement range of 615 models of Yoseen Infrared is -20℃-600℃, divided into -20℃-150℃, 60℃-600℃ suitable for hot air furnace surface temperature measurement.

3. Linkage Output

Continuity and automation are the guarantee of industrial production efficiency. As shown in the figure above, the infrared thermal image contains the temperature of each pixel, and the temperature value of the observed area can be targeted by adding the temperature measuring object

4. Infrared Image Adjustment

By modifying the palette and adjusting the contrast and brightness of the image, it can adapt to different observation requirements. This function can be achieved by the palette tool and image adjustment tool.

Currently supported palette is as follows, including white heat, black heat, rainbow, red saturation, high contrast and other commonly used palette.

5. Data Saving

This software supports two kinds of infrared temperature data storage, namely single frame temperature and continuous frame temperature, and the corresponding formats are BMP and STREAM.

6. Offline Analysis

Off-line analysis is mainly used to analyze two kinds of infrared temperature data saved in online mode, single frame temperature and continuous frame temperature. The file suffixes are BMP and STREAM respectively, and replay and modify the temperature measurement data according to user requirements to generate professional analysis reports.
